unique de la célèbre boisson crétoise "raki", accompagné de musique
live et de la lyre crétoise!

by local women of Sfaka, in order to introduce yourself to all the secrets of
Cretan cuisine..
On Friday 26 of September, a
cosy workshop on local herbs and how to make a homemade Calendula lotion for
the body was held at our Cretan neighborhood, "Cressa Ghitonia".
Our
Yoga retreat is another special event of the many that take place in Cressa Ghitonia Village, in order to help
the visitor escape, detox and exercise, and at the same time enjoy the serenity
and natural beauty of a Cretan village!

On September 12/9 & 26/09, we will teach basic principles of herb
therapy: how we use herbs for therapies, we will analyse oils and
essential oils or tinctures and flower remedies or creams or compresses,
poultices etc., in a fun and very useful workshop!
